WHAT IS "BE READY"?
Launched by Egypt’s Ministry of Higher Education, Be Ready is a nationwide fully-funded initiative designed to bridge the gap between university students as well as fresh graduates and the labor market.
This initiative focuses on interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, entrepreneurship and digital fluency to build resilient innovative mindsets to help youth succeed in a fast-changing job market.

We’ve carefully designed each track in the “Be Ready” initiative based on in-depth research and market validation from trusted global and local sources. These tracks are built to close the gap between what today’s employers need and the skill-sets of university students as well as fresh graduates.

- Current university students & fresh graduates
- Fresh graduates (up to 3 years post-graduation)
