Knowing how to communicate clearly and work well with others is essential. This track helps you build the skills needed to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and resolve conflicts professionally. These interpersonal skills are at the heart of career success, especially in team-based and high-pressure environments.

Delivered in a dynamic classroom setting, this offline module takes what you learned about yourself in the first track and applies it to how you connect and work with others. You’ll participate in group exercises, discussions, and roleplays to build the emotional and social intelligence employers expect from high-potential candidates.
